  • Weather permitting Slip access is from April 1st through October 15th. 
  • Water and electric operational from April 15th through Oct 1st

  • Water and electric (2- 30 amp) provided
  • Access to boaters dock with bar and grill.
  • There is no parking, restrooms, or pool.

  • Owner/seller must inform Outlook Management (see "Contacts" page) of the new slip owner contact information including name, address, phone number, email and date of closing.
  • Owners are responsible for key transfers.
  • New owners to contact Outlook Management group (see "Contacts" page).


  • Owners must inform Outlook Management (see "Contacts" page) of the slip lessee/renter contact information including name, address, phone number, email and length of lease/rental period.

  • Replacement keys are available for $20

  • Metered street parking along Gas Light Drive 1 block South of the Marina
  • Parking ramp parking at https://abmparking.com/facilities/gaslight-ramp-garage/

  • We do not have a fuel dock however fuel is available across the river at Rivers End Marina (262) 636-8020 or at Reefpoint Marina (262) 633-7171 1 block East of Gaslight Pointe Marina.
  • We do not have a pump out station however you can reach out to Reef Pointe Maria (262) 633-7171 for a mobile pump out or pump out at their dock for a fee.
  • Self pump outs available at the public dock West of the Main Street Bridge for a small fee. 

  • Boat ramp and sling hoist provided at Rivers End or Riverside Marina for a fee, (262) 636-8020
  • Public boat ramp East of Festival Hall Racine

  • Rivers End or Riverside Marina, (262) 636-8020
